Hi, Greetings to you, This is Priyanka Chatterjee, I am a Norwegian and an Overseas Citizen of India, an women professional, a mother and an international HR Transformation leader with over 18 years of work experince. With my work experience and reflections, I’m striving to improve my leadership competencies and skills, and trying to find new opportunities to grow my network and contribute towards the benefit of people and global organisations who are contributing back towards society and its upbringing. Each of my projects and value-adding initiatives in the past times - both in independent and collaborative ways provided me with growth and allowed me to establish myself within the competitive age in an international environment.

MOTIVATION
Being a girl child with an educational background from rural school in Indian village and working as a successful corporate woman, an international professional Personnel HR information Systems leader for over 18 years, I believe it is wise for me to use my international work experience and professional expertise to achieve greater leadership in the areas of International Management, Strategy, Governance and bring progress in the area of Business Management and my professional career path.
There have been a few ongoing self-sponsored charity projects in Norway and India through the organisation 'Chatterjee' from 2011. Due to recent market changes, my charity organisation is running low on finances and looking for investment/ donations from India- Norway Government schemes to develop the social work journey further, following the UN SDG Development Goals vision
