Background 

With professional background as full-time office employee as International HR IT / global HR Leader Digital Transformations over 18 years, I helped various international organisations from Norway and India to drive HR, IT, Finance and ERP business towards a more sustainable future by aligning and mapping local Talent Management processes into global HR applications that were internationally acknowledged, used by global stakeholders for further Digital advancements. I led multiple SAP and other HR Technology implementation projects in Norwegian companies, with a focus on a unified and harmonised way of working between the HR organisation and the Enterprise Resource Planning Business. During these years, I designed various data Integrations and country-specific integration models to efficiently generate business-critical Talent Management Performance data for better decision-making processes, Operational Audits, better Compliance during centralisation and decentralisation processes in a global workplace.
